Spiced Pineapple Appetizer
Serves 10
5 Pieces Per Serving
Ingredients:
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 20-oz can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
Directions:
Combine vinegar, sugar, lime juice, Dijon mustard, pepper and garlic powder in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 3 minutes. Combine vinegar mixture and pineapple in a bowl; mix well. Serve warm with toothpicks.
