KEEP Health Care Professionals

To identify individuals at increased risk for kidney disease due to complications resulting from diabetes or hypertension or who have first-degree relatives with hypertension, diabetes or kidney disease, the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) offers the Kidney Early Evaluation Program (KEEP). KEEP is a free kidney health screening program designed to raise awareness about kidney disease among high risk individuals and provide free testing and educational information, so that kidney disease and its complications can be prevented or delayed.

KEEP relies on caring health care professionals and volunteers to help provide this important program in this significant early identification and detection initiative, which has already served over 100,000 participants and continues to reach over 2,500 monthly.

Health care professionals interested in learning more about KEEP or volunteering for this program can find more information and a listing of the screening planned in their area by calling The National Kidney Foundation at 800-622-9010 for the number of the local NKF Affiliate or by visiting the KEEP Health Screening Schedule Page.
