Blood Pressure (From the JNC VII Guidelines)
Systolic: < 120 mm Hg — Normal
120—139 mm Hg — Pre-hypertensive
140—159 mm Hg — Hypertension (stage1)
>160 mm Hg — Hypertension (stage2)
Diastolic: < 80 mm Hg— Normal
80—89 mm Hg — Pre-hypertensive
90—99 mm Hg — Hypertension (stage 1)
>100 mm Hg — Hypertension (stage 2)
If the participant has diabetes and/or kidney disease the target range for systolic is <130 mm Hg and diastolic is <80 mm Hg.

Phosphorus: 13-64 years: 2.5—4.5 mg/dl — Normal
Phosphorus: >64 years: 2.1—4.3 mg/dl — Normal
Intact PTH: 10—65 pg/dl — Normal
The following test will be done on participants with self reported diabetes OR glucose levels inidicative of diabetes only:
Hemoglobin A1c: ≤7% — Normal
Hemoglobin A1c: >79% — High
