Pre-conference course fees are dependent on discipline and length of course. Please see the pre-conference course agenda for information regarding fees.

Cancellation Policy:

Refund requests must be made in writing and postmarked on or before March 21, 2014 and are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Requests postmarked after March 21, 2014 will not be accepted.
