Abstracts on Flash Drives Cost: $45,000
All the scientific abstracts are now conveniently stored on a flash drive! The drive comes in a resealable plastic wrap with a postcard backing. The postcard is printable in four colors with one side ready to feature your message and logo. The package is inserted into each participant’s tote bag. Additionally, your two-color logo and NKF’s logo are placed on either side of the flashdrive. The drives provide additional storage capacity (1 GB memory) and fit on a key chain for easy access.

Evaluations Cost: $12,500
Over 40,000 evaluation sheets circulate to attendees at the meeting. Last year, 8256 evaluations were returned. Sponsor will receive acknowledgement on each evaluation form and in the post-meeting follow-up survey.

Interactive Keypad Sessions Cost: $3,000 per session
Interactive keypad sessions are held in one large meeting room over four days. Healthcare professionals attending these sessions participate by answering multiple-choice questions on individual keypads. Keypad holders prominently display the sponsor’s logo. The supporting company’s logo also appears on the screen before and after each session, as well as on outside room signage.

Conference Sessions Online Library Cost: $50,000 exclusive—multiple sponsorships available
Showcase your brand to more than 2,000 kidney healthcare professionals with the NKF SCM11 Online Library! The online Library is available to all conference attendees at no cost. Your company will enjoy pre-conference and on-site recognition and will be prominently featured on the online gateway page for up to one year after the event ends! The SCM11 Library consists of final presentations—both audio and PowerPoint—and can be repeatedly accessed by attendees to enjoy at their leisure, anytime and anywhere.

Kidney Career Center Cost: $10,000
With its focus on connecting companies and professionals in the field of kidney health, the Kidney Career Center (KCC) offers its members, and the kidney healthcare community at large, an easy-to-use and highly-targeted resource for online employment searches. Sponsors will be acknowledged online for a full six months, and have the opportunity to link to the Kidney Career Center site.

Speaker HQ/Ready Room Cost: $10,000
Speaker PowerPoint presentations are networked from this location to their corresponding meeting rooms. The Speaker Ready Room contains high-speed Internet computer workstations, as well as a comfortable lounge and meeting area with refreshments served throughout the day. The Speaker Ready Room provides services to more than 200 individual session speakers. Speakers must register and pick up their tote bags here. Speakers also have the opportunity to review their presentations with a qualified technical support representative. Sponsors will receive recognition on each computer with a custom screensaver, as well as acknowledgement on a meter board, on table tents and signage in the lounge area, in the meeting Program Book, and in the Faculty Letter and Instructions mailed to all speakers prior to the meeting.

Professional Councils Networking Luncheons
Cost: $7,500 per lunch; $25,000 all four luncheons (multiple sponsorships available)

Networking Luncheons are hosted by NKF’s four Professional Councils (Advanced Practitioners, Nurses and Technicians, Dietitians, Social Workers). Over 700 members attended the luncheons at SCM10. Here, health professionals gather to enjoy guest speakers, highlight past and future projects, and honor fellow members for their various achievements and contributions to the field of nephrology. Networking Luncheons are open to Council members and non-members.

Sign up quickly to reserve a 35-minute Exhibitor Showcase, located in a highly-trafficked area of the Expo Hall! Enjoy the full attention of a captive audience as you present to and engage participants in understanding the relevance of your product or brand in their daily practices. Sessions are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and are scheduled only during non-competing conference hours. Showcases are equipped with standard AV, one lead retrieval system, a podium and classroom seating for up to 50 persons. A maximum number of two sessions may be sponsored. NKF has the right to review topic outline and agenda, and monitor sessions. NKF will announce theater schedules online, in targeted e-mailings prior to the event, in the meeting Program Book, in the Daily Clinicals e-newsletter, on meter boards and on additional onsite signage. Sponsor receives one-time use of the pre-conference attendee list for an NKF promotional mailing. Center presentations are strictly commercial. CME/CE credits are not provided.

A limited number of 27’ width x 7’ length hanging banners are available in the Grand Ballroom pre-function registration area. Banners must include the NKF logo.

Door Drops
Send your message directly to each meeting participant with a room-to-room door drop! Program cost is $7,500 for one day, $10,000 for two days, and $12,000 for three days. Copy must be approved by NKF, and only a limited number of door drops are available. Door drops can only be arranged by the NKF.

Ad in the Program Book
The official meeting Program Book is placed in each participant’s tote bag and includes vital meeting information from logistics to Program content. The book is square–bound for long shelf life. All ads run in four-color. Premium placements are an additional fee and subject to availability. See ad insertion form in the Exhibitor Prospectus for pricing.

Corporate Symposia
Corporate Symposia supporters underwrite the highly–attended breakfast, lunch or dinner CME/CE accredited symposia which are vital and key components of the meeting Program.

Educational Sessions
Sponsorships are available for a variety of popular educational offerings, including pre-conference courses, and a selection of official meeting sessions and workshops on the Physician, Advanced Practitioner, Nurse and Technician, Renal Dietitian and Social Worker Programs.

General Program Support
The NKF Spring Clinical Meetings Program is available for general support of its multidisciplinary educational tracks.
