Official Meeting Materials

Cost: $40,000ToteTote Bags
Prominently display your company logo on the SCM tote bag, given to each meeting participant at registration. 2,500 tote bags were distributed at SCM11.

Mobile AppSCM12 Mobile App
This downloadable application will be offered to all conference attendees to access real-time conference and destination information. This interactive app will give users virtual access to the conference program, speaker bios, exhibitor descriptions, maps, and sponsor information. The application is also available through the mobile web. Offered for the first time at SCM11, the app was downloaded by over 2,100 participants. Sponsorship of the mobile app gives you exclusive logo display each time a user opens the app. Recognition also appears on all web and print ads, as well as on-site signage.

Flash DriveCost: $50,000Abstracts on Flash Drives (exclusive)
All scientific abstracts are uploaded toflash drives (1 GB memory). Flash drives will have your two-color logo on one side, and comes with a four-color post card with your company's message. Drives and cards are protected by a re-sealable plastic wrap and placed in the tote bags, or sponsor has the option of distributing flash drives at their booth in the Exhibit Hall. A CD-ROM option is also available.

Sponsor receives full back cover for your company's messaging on this condensed program guide. Program-at-a-Glance includes the program schedule, as well as a hotel map and exhibitor listing.

 

Cost: $50,000Lanyards, Attendee Badges and CME Certificate Website (exclusive)
Your logo will be displayed on meeting lanyards, each participant and faculty presenter badge, as well as the post-conference CME certificate download webpage, up for six months after the meeting adjourns.

Sponsor will receive acknowledgement on each evaluation form and in the post-meeting follow-up survey. Evaluations provide critical input for the program committee in future program planning. Over 40,000 evaluation sheets circulate to attendees at the meeting.

Interactive keypad sessions are held in one large meeting room over the length of four days. The supporting company's logo will be displayed on the keypad holder, used by each participant at these sessions, room signage and on screen before and after each session. Last year, 21 sessions included interactive keypads, giving over 2,600 attendees exposure to the feature.

Hosted by NKF's three member Councils (CNNT, CRN, CNSW), over 600 healthcare professionals attended the luncheons at SCM11. Here, allied health professionals gather to enjoy guest speakers; highlight past and future projects, and honor fellow members for their various achievements in and contribution to the field of nephrology.

The Speaker Ready Room provides services to more than 300 individual speakers. Speakers must upload and review their slides here before presenting. Sponsor will receive corporate recognition on signage located at the entrance of the room, on table tents and signage in the lounge area as well as in the meeting Program Book, and Instructions mailed to all speakers prior to the meeting.

Reserve a 25-minute Exhibitor Showcase in a specially designated section of the Exhibit Hall, scheduled during Exhibit Hall hours. NKF will announce the Exhibitor Showcase schedule online and in targeted emailings prior to the event; in the conference tote bag Program Book and onsite. Exhibitor Showcases are equipped with standard AV, a podium and class room seating for a maximum of 50 persons. Exhibitor Showcases are strictly commercial events. CME/CE credits are NOT provided

The SCM12 Program Book is given to every registered attendee upon check in. Ads run in four colors, and premium placements are available for an additional fee and subject to availability.

Corporate Symposia supporters underwrite the highly-attended breakfast, lunch or dinner CME/CE accredited educational symposia which are a vital and key component of the meeting Program. Supporters of symposia receive high level exposure in all forms of media, including the SCM12 website, Daily Clinicals e-newsletter, program book, tote bag invitation insert, acknowledgement in AJKD, and much more.

Price varies by length of session.Official Program Sessions
Pre-conference courses and workshops on the Physicians Program, and many of the courses offered on the Advanced Practitioners, Nephrology Nurses and Technicians, Nephrology Social Workers, and Renal and Clinical Dietitians courses are available for support at SCM12. Sessions are all CME/CE accredited.
