SOCIAL WORKER PROGRAM TRACK
Designed for nephrology social workers in any setting, this year’s sessions focus on meeting the challenges of the changing nephrology social work role in the context of the Conditions for Coverage and Conditions of Participation. Sessions will offer practical tips and tools and clinical intervention strategies.
