NEPHROLOGY SOCIAL WORKER PROGRAM
Designed for new as well as experienced nephrology social workers, this program is designed to build skills and develop competencies in direct practice, and examine the philosophical and theoretical context of the work we do. Themes include: transitions, clinical framework, practice tools, patient self-efficacy, and professional ethics/boundaries.

Continuing Education Information
The National Kidney Foundation Council of Nephrology Social Workers, Provider #1014, is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) www.aswb.org, through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. The National Kidney Foundation Council of Nephrology Social Workers maintains responsibility for the program. Social workers participating in this activity will receive up to 31.0* continuing education clock hours.
Licensed social workers should contact their individual jurisdiction to review current continuing education requirements for licensure renewal.
