Rooms are available at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin at a discounted group rate reservation, based on availability.  Reservation confirmations will be sent within five days of receipt by the hotel’s reservations department.  Should you not receive your confirmation, please contact the hotel to ensure your request was processed.  *This does not apply to faculty.

Important Note: The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin has reached capacity on several nights during the conference. Currently, the Dolphin has limited availability for the nights of March 29, 30, 31 April 1 and 2. The Swan has limited availability for the nights of April 3 and 4.

To help accommodate attendees, the following hotels have limited availability:

  • Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resort - $229 per night
    • Located at Disney's Boardwalk and is just a 5 minute walk to the Swan/Dolphin
  • Disney's Grand Floridian Resort - $229 per night
    • 10 minute taxi ride to the Swan/Dolphin
  • Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort - $119 per night
    • 5 minute taxi ride to the Swan/Dolphin

All rates above include:

  • Complimentary transportation to and from Orlando Airport
  • No resort fee
  • No parking fee
  • No charge for internet
  • No charge for health club.

NOTE: Shuttle transportation to and from the Swan/Dolphin is NOT available. Attendees must make their own transportation arrangements.
