Registration fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Registered attendees will receive:
Registration fees do not include additional fees required for Registration Upgrades, and golf and bowling practices. Unregistered attendees will pay a $15 daily admission fee for access to Games competitions and other selected events only. Non-athletes three years of age and under are admitted free, when accompanied by a registered parent or guardian.
If you register for the Games AND book your housing reservations through the Games Registration and Housing Bureau (The Housing Connection), you will have full use of the Games shuttle service for up to four guests per room (guests must be listed on the reservation). If you do not reserve through the Bureau, you may still purchase an individual shuttle pass for $40 to use from July 30th through August 4th.
Walk, jog or run—Join us at your own pace in this road race. There is a separate registration and fee for Games’ non–athletes and members of the general public who wish to participate in this event. Registration is $20 until July 16th and $30 thereafter.
Bring your lunch with you when you’re on the go at the Games! For $42, this 3–day plan includes prepared lunch in an insulated bag. Lunches will be distributed at the Exhibition Hall at Alliant Energy Center from Sunday, August 1st –Tuesday, August 3rd (6:30 AM – 9:30 AM daily). Click here to view the lunch menu. On Sunday, you must present your lunch ticket (included in your on–site check–in packet) to receive an insulated bag with your lunch. The following days, you will need to present your lunch ticket AND bag.

FORE! Open to all Games registrants, the Donor–Recipient Golf Outing is a friendly game of golf that involves all members from the transplant community. Prizes will be awarded for Best Ball, Longest Drive and more! Lunch included. There is a separate registration and fee for Games’ registrants who wish to participate in this event. $70 registration fee includes green fees, golf cart and lunch. Transportation not provided.
We recommend that all participants register online to reduce waiting time on–site. Note that tickets to the Team Tailgate Party will be on a space available basis for those who register on–site. Early and late arrivals will only lengthen the registration process. Team photos will be taken at your registration time. To confirm your appointment time, contact your team manager or click here to view your team’s appointment time.

When booking your hotel through the Games Registration and Housing Bureau, each individual reservation must be secured with a major credit card. Please note that your credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only and will not be charged unless you cancel your reservation or you are a “no-show” at your confirmed hotel.
Camping and RV hookups, with complimentary 24–hour restroom/shower facilities (ADA accessible) are available on the Alliant Energy enter grounds from July 30, 2010 through noon on August 4, 2010. Camping sites are assigned on a first–come, first-served basis. Contact your Team Manager for a camping reservation form. Note: No phone reservations will be accepted.
Games registration fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Cancellations of upgrades will be granted with the following penalties: until March 19, 2010, no penalty; March 19th – April 30th, total cost of upgrades or $50, whichever is less; May 1st – May 31st, total cost of upgrades or $100, whichever is less. After May 31st, there will be no refunds for cancellations.
Hotel cancellations will be subject to the following fees: until March 19, 2010, $25; after March 19th, $100. Hotel changes, including shortened stays and cancellations, may be made through the Games Registration and Housing Bureau or submitted in writing by e–mail to nkftransplantgames@housingregistration.com, by fax to 801.355.8019 or by mail to NKF/Housing, 90 South West Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, before 5 PM CST on June 29, 2010.
Hotel cancellations made after June 29, 2010 must be made directly with the hotel. Failure to cancel your hotel reservation within 72 hours of your planned arrival time could result in substantial fees.

Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) is located just minutes from downtown Madison and offers more than 100 daily flights. It is served by six major airlines, and nonstop service is offered from the following destinations: Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas-Fort Worth, Denver, Detroit, Memphis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Newark, New York (LaGuardia), St. Louis and Washington, D.C.
Midwest Airlines – Offers a 10% discount off the lowest published fare for round–trip travel from July 28 – August 6, 2010 from anywhere in the U.S., when booked 60 days or more prior to travel. A 6% discount is offered on any airfare booked within 60 days prior to travel. Airport Shuttle:Most of the Games hotels have complimentary airport transportation. Please contact your hotel for further details.
Taxi: A taxi ride from the airport to downtown Madison is generally 10–15 minutes and is approximately $25 one way.
Car: Car rentals are available at the Dane County Regional Airport from the following companies: Alamo/ National, Avis and Enterprise.

Attendees who register for the Games AND book their housing reservations through the Games Registration and Housing Bureau will have full use of the Games shuttle service.
