Cobb Salad

Cobb Salad
Appropriate for:

Serves 4 Serving size ¼ recipe


2 cups Romaine lettuce
1 cup watercress
½ small tomato – diced
2 slices turkey bacon – cooked and chopped
4 ounces roasted turkey – sliced
¼ cup blue cheese – crumbled
2 Tablespoons chopped chives
1 egg – boiled, peeled, chopped


Toss all lettuce together in a large bowl. You can top with other vegetables, meat, and cheese. For a classic presentation, divide ingredients in rows to top your salad. Enjoy!
