Cobb Salad

Serves 4
Serving size ¼ recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup watercress
  • ½ small tomato – diced
  • 2 slices turkey bacon – cooked and chopped
  • 4 ounces roasted turkey – sliced
  • ¼ cup blue cheese – crumbled
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1 egg – boiled, peeled, chopped

Directions:

Toss all lettuce together in a large bowl. You can top with other vegetables, meat, and cheese. For a classic presentation, divide ingredients in rows to top your salad. Enjoy!
