Membership Information
The Patient and Family Council is the largest patient organization dedicated to addressing the needs of individuals affected by kidney disease. The council is open to individuals with kidney disease whether they are on dialysis, not yet on treatment or have received a kidney transplant, their family members, friends, health care professionals or anyone who is interested in issues related to kidney disease.
