NKF/ANNA Comprehensive Interdisciplinary Assessment Document (CIPA)
(November 2008)
NKF, its professional councils and the American Nephrology Nurses Association (ANNA) have developed a comprehensive interdisciplinary patient assessment (CIPA) to assist facilities in complying with new requirements in the recently passed Medicare Bill.
