The RRD applicant must be a member of CRN. This award is designed to honor a dietitian who has demonstrated exceptional abilities of leadership, creativity and public involvement in the area of renal nutrition.
PLEASE NOTE: An application form is no longer required for the RRD application process. The applicant’s updated curriculum vitae (CV), a statement about contributions to the field of renal nutrition and purpose of these efforts, as well as two letters of nomination for this award are required.

The applicant’s CV, contribution statement and nomination letters should be submitted to his/her Region Representative by October 15.
