The goals and objectives of this monograph are to change and expand the practice patterns of the nephrology professionals to foster cooperation with PCP’s and general internists for CKD-anemia management. Additional goals include educating nephrology professionals on the latest National Kidney Foundation Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative (NKF KDOQITM) guidelines and new strategies for ESA dosing that can offer relief from the heavy economic burden of CKD.

5 Stages of Chronic Kidney Disease

Activities are offered in many formats (live sessions, printed materials, boxed programs, CD-ROMS, online, videotape, audiotape) and use multiple teaching-learning strategies to meet different and individual learning needs and preferences.

KLS has a large editorial board made up of CKD patients and clinical experts from many different specialties and disciplines to assure that KLS programs meet the highest quality standards.
