The University of Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of pharmacy continuing education. Attendance at the entire knowledge-based program and completion of the self-assessment questions and evaluation form are prerequisites for receiving a statement of continuing education credit for 3.0 contact hours (0.3 CEUs).

The National Kidney Foundation Council of Nephrology Social Workers maintains responsibility for the program. Social workers participating in this course will receive 3.0 continuing education clock hours.
