About NKF Research
Research has led to signature advances in our understanding of kidney disease. To turn that understanding into new methods of prevention, treatment, and, ultimately, a cure, more answers are needed. Support for research to find these answers is one of NKF's leading priorities. The Foundation's 2004-2005 Research Program includes 71 awards, representing a total commitment to research of $2.7 million.
