| Rules: | Tournament will be governed by International Badminton Federation rules (http://www.intbadfed.org/rules.html), except as modified herein. | |
| Format: | Single elimination tournament, best two out of three games to 9 points. Seeding will be based on (in order): 1. 2000 medalists; 2. 2001 World Games medalists; 3. Other pertinent information. Check tournament brackets to verify contest time. | |
| Equipment: | Players to provide own rackets. Shuttles will be provided. All players must wear court shoes. |
