| Rules: | Event will be governed by International Cycling Union rules (http://www.uci.ch/english/about/rules.htm), except as modified herein. Helmets must be worn. Bicycles must be in a safe and ride-able condition. There will be a mandatory safety inspection for all competitors. | |
| Format: | The first event is a 1 kilometer closed course time trial beginning at 9:00 am. The winner will be the individual with the lowest elapsed time. All competitors must be present at 8:30 am. The second event will be a 20 kilometer road race by age groups, beginning at approximately 10:00 am. Some age group races will be combined in the interest of competition. | |
