Transitions In Transplantation:
A Continuum of Care

This is a unique program designed to focus on how transplant professionals assist recipients and donor families in dealing with life's changes. The program includes specific topics for procurement professionals, bereavement specialists, transplant social workers, case managers and emergency room and intensive care unit nurses. There will also be multi-disciplinary plenary sessions to unite and enrich all those working with transplant recipients and donor families. This program will be held at the Renaissance WorldGate Hotel during the Games and includes the opportunity to participate in Games special events.
