| Format: | Single elimination tournament, eight-game pro-set matches. Ties will be resolved using a 12 point tie-breaker. Seeding will be based on: 1. 2000 medallists; 2. 2001 World Games medallists; 3. Other pertinent information. Check tournament brackets to verify contest time. | |
| Equipment: | Players provide own rackets. Competitors must wear court shoes. Balls will be provided. |

| Rules: | Tournament will be governed by United States Tennis Federation rules, except as modified herein. Due to the team format of competition, there will be competition only by gender (not by age group) in men’s, women’s, and mixed doubles. Players desiring to compete in the doubles tennis competition must secure a partner from their team prior to returning their registration materials—contact your Team Manager for assistance in finding a partner. Athlete should submit name of partner on entry form. There will be no on-site doubles registration. | |
