Meet will be governed by USA Track and Field rules (http://www.usatf.org/about/rules/), except as modified herein. There will be no on-site entry in any event (except for relays).

| Field Events: |
Long Jump, High Jump, Shot Put, and Softball Throw will be scheduled for competitions between age groups. All competitors will make three attempts at the events’ scheduled times. Start times for each age group will be available at registration. In the shot put, men 18-49 will use a 16-pound shot; all women and men under 18 will use a 4-kilo (8.8 pound) shot; men 50 and over will use a 12-pound shot. High Jump to be contested using revolving flight method, opening height for women is 3'6" and 4' for men.

Note: Exact times will be available at registration.
Equipment: All equipment, starting blocks, throwing implements and batons will be provided. If an athlete wears spiked shoes, spikes can be no longer than 1/4".
Due to the large number of entries, there will be no trials, except in the 100-meter dash. There will be a 50 meter dash for children 2-5, 6-10 and 11-14 years of age–children can enter either the 50-meter dash or the 100 meters, but not both. Relay entries will be accepted on-site until one hour before the scheduled start of each relay. All relay members must be members of the same Games team. The track is an nine-lane synthetic track; spikes of 1/4" or less will be allowed.
In the 1500-meter Racewalk, USA Track and Field rules will be enforced. Competitors will be disqualified for failure to observe the rules of this event. There will be a special rules and information clinic on the racewalk at 7:30 am to assist Games participants.
