Chicken Salad
31/4 cups chicken, cooked, skinless, cubed
½ cup chopped celery
1 tbsp. lemon juice
½ teas garlic powder
3 tbsp mayonnaise, low fat
Bake chicken, cut into cubes and refrigerate.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients with chilled chicken and mix well.
Makes 5 servings; ¾ cup each
