The National Kidney Foundation's Kidney Walk is a fun, inspiring, community fundraiser which calls attention to the prevention of kidney disease and the need for organ donation. It's also an opportunity for patients, family, friends and businesses to come together to support the millions of Americans with chronic kidney disease.

Join other chronic kidney disease patients; including both those on dialysis and those with early stage CKD and caregivers on Sunday, March 25, 2012 at the Best Western Lehigh Valley Hotel and Conference Center in Bethlehem, PA. The Council of Nephrology Social Workers of Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware is pleased to announce their annual symposium Celebrating Social Work to be held at the Conference Center of Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, PA on Thursday, March 22, 2012.
