22nd Annual Lehigh Valley Patient & Family Workshop - "Living Well with CKD"
For the 22nd year the National Kidney Foundation is holding a patient and family workshop in the Lehigh Valley. Join other chronic kidney disease patients; including both those on dialysis and those with early stage CKD and caregivers on Sunday, March 25, 2012 at the Best Western Lehigh Valley Hotel and Conference Center in Bethlehem, PA. The Council of Nephrology Social Workers of Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware is pleased to announce their annual symposium Celebrating Social Work to be held at the Conference Center of Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, PA on Thursday, March 22, 2012.
