KEEP Screening
Do you or your family members have high blood pressure, diabetes or both conditions? Then now is the time to get tested for kidney disease. 1 in 8 people have kidney disease or are at risk of developing it, but most people don't know they have it until they need to go on dialysis. Take action before it's too late, it could save your life.
