Kidney Health Risk Assesment (KHRA)
Participants complete a one-page health history questionnaire, and receive height/weight/Body Mass Index and blood pressure measurements. Participants then get to review results with a clinician and are provided resource information about risk factors for kidney disease. This is a great opportunity for people with risk factors to be educated about how diabetes/high blood pressure can affect their kidneys. They get a copy of their results and if they have the risk factors, they can sign up to attend the next KEEP Screening. For more information contact Sarah Caston by calling (502) 585-5433 ext 100.
