It is a day for our Kidney Community (kidney patients, family member and caregivers) to meet and discuss topics related to kidney disease. Attendees will break out in to small discussion groups with a moderator to discuss how the topics relate to them, affect them and share advice/tips with others. The 2013 topics include: Money Matters; Diet & Nutrition; Living with Chronic Illness and Dialysis & Modality Options.
