The Primary Care Strategies for Kidney Disease symposia will update the busy health care professional on methods of identification and intervention to delay the progression of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). Early Bird Registration Fee: $40 (must be received by September 12th)
Regular Registration Fee: $55 (must be received by October 15, 2014)
Late/On-Site Registration Fee: $70 (received on/after October 15th or day of registration)

Rooms with a king bed will be $139/night and double bed rooms will be $149/night.
Target Audience: Physicians, Family Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Pharmacists. All other disciplines are welcome to join us and receive a certificate of completion.
The National Kidney Foundation is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
