The National Kidney Foundation once again will team up with acclaimed Dallas Chefs, Scott Gottlich of Bijoux and William Koval of the Lakewood Country Club for the fourth annual Bonne Santé, food and wine showcase. The event features award winning chefs from Dallas and Fort Worth, as well as top chefs from around the country, each preparing signature dishes paired with fine wines. Bonne Santé is a mix and mingle affair where guests can sample dishes and wines while taking part in a live and silent auction benefiting the National Kidney Foundation.
The National Kidney Foundation is the leading organization in the U.S. dedicated to the awareness, prevention and treatment of kidney disease for hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals, millions of patients, and tens of millions of Americans at risk.
From L to R: Chef Scott Gottlich, John Everett General Manager The Westin Galleria Dallas, and Chef William Koval
Our two host chefs, Scott Gottlich and William Koval are all too familiar with kidney disease. Chef Gottlich's sister, Stephanie, is a transplant recipient. Nathan, Chef Koval's son, was born with one kidney. Both families found support through the National Kidney Foundation. Chef Gottlich is the Executive Chef and owner of Bijoux and Executive Chef of The Second Floor. Chef Koval is the Executive Chef at Lakewood Country Club and was formerly with the French Room.
