22nd Annual Lehigh Valley Patient & Family Workshop - "Living Well with CKD"

For the 22nd year the National Kidney Foundation is holding a patient and family workshop in the Lehigh Valley. Join other chronic kidney disease patients; including both those on dialysis and those with early stage CKD and caregivers on Sunday, March 25, 2012 at the Best Western Lehigh Valley Hotel and Conference Center in Bethlehem, PA. Topics covered in the workshop include transplantation, exercise and "Living Well with CKD". more information

Join the NKF Serving the Delaware Valley for World Kidney Day! Participants will receive free health assessments including the Kidney Health Risk Assessment with blood pressure and BMI measurements. Diabetic foot checks and opportunities to consult health care providers will be available. On-site activities include cooking demonstration with chef Aaron McCargo and Zumba.
