The NKF Serving New England provides many programs and services to more than 1,500 patients each year. Our goal is to eradicate kidney disease, and to assists those who are coping with the effects of chronic kidney disease and their families.

- Educational Programs Funded by NKF MA-RI-NH-VT provide information and support to newly diagnosed patients, educate medical providers on the most up-to-date treatment approaches and help those at greatest risk for kidney disease take steps to avert it.

Exercise can greatly improve outlook and outcomes for kidney patients and transplant recipients. Referrals come from social workers, nurses and physicians at area dialysis and transplant centers. In some cases, patients can also arrange for discounts on continuing memberships.
