Our Programs & Services

The NKF Serving the Delaware Valley is dedicated to preventing kidney and urinary tract disease, improving the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by these diseases, and increasing the availability of all organs for transplantation.

While our programs are currently targeted at helping those who are currently afflicted with kidney disease, our hope is to expand our services to include early intervention programs, specifically in minority communities with little access to health care, and services to support every stage of kidney disease up to and including post transplantation.

As a healthcare organization we realize the importance of early intervention and continued support. Please see the list of our current programs and continue to check back with us to view the expansion of the population that we serve.
