GFR Symposium for Primary Care Physicians
The NKF Serving the Delaware Valley is happy to bring the family medicine practitioners of our communities the information, resources and guidelines needed to offer the most effective treatment of renal insufficiency. Still in its early stages, the Primary Care Symposium is currently offered only once a year. But as participation increases, we hope to offer this program serveral times a year in the future.
If you are a primary care physician and would like more information on this program, please email Joanne Spink.
