Registration Fees

General Meeting registration fees include:

  • Attendance from Thursday, March 26 – Sunday, March 29
  • All meals/activities in the Exhibit Hall (2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 2 networking receptions)
  • Professional Council Networking Luncheons on Thursday, March 26
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner corporate symposia (seating is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis)
  • CME/CE Credits

Members will need their membership ID number to obtain the discounted member rates.

Pre-conference course fees are dependent on discipline and length of course.  Please see the pre-conference course agenda for information regarding fees.

Lunch Workshops: $50.00

Fee includes lunch and CME/CEU credits

Cancellation Policy: Refund requests must be made in writing and postmarked before February 23, 2015 and are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Requests postmarked after February 23, 2015 will not be accepted.
