Onsite Registration &
Check-in By Appointment

In order to best service all attendees and reduce waiting time, teams will be registered by appointment. To find out your team’s scheduled appointment time, contact your team manager. Please plan to arrive on time for your team's appointment. Early and late arrivals for registration appointments will only lengthen the registration process.

Team Portraits

Team Managers can advise you of the time you should arrive at Freedom Hall for your team photograph appointment and the opening line up. In all cases, teams will be expected to arrive no later than 6:00 pm. Team photographs will not be retaken.
