Transplant stories

Elana Evans - Liver Recipient

Liver Recipient, 4/9/1988

"I had a liver transplant due to a genetic disease called Alpha 1 Anti-trypsin. I am forever grateful to my donor and donor family, although I do not know who they are. My two letters have gone unanswered. I have a Bachelor's of Business Administration Degree and am currently working as a patient services assistant and am the team leader of the support services staff at the local clinic." More
