March is also National Nutrition Month and it's time to take another look at what it means to eat healthy. A well-balanced diet along with healthy habits are the foundation of good health. It's not so hard - you can reduce the risk of heart disease, control high blood pressure and weight, and be a much happier person. Old habits are hard to break, let's give it a try, one day at a time. Come explore new recipes and flavors to taste. Let's get started, it's never too late. To healthier habits in 2018!
