2018 Patient Summit

Patient Summit is a free event for patients, and their family members/support person. The summit will focus on empowering kidney patients from early stage to transplantation. Interactive break-out sessions will encourage patients to share their stories and learn from others. Sessions will be led by local health care providers and/or those impacted by kidney disease. There will be 4 different learning tracks: CKD, Dialysis, Transplant, and Pediatrics. Individuals can attend any topics they would like, even if they do not fall under their designated learning track. Patients should anticipate a lively day of sessions, interactive exhibits, and meeting others in the kidney community!
