Join colleagues in the field of Nephrology to discuss the chronic systemic nature of gout and the kidneys’ role in the disease. During the program, examine the impact of a prolonged state of high uric acid in patients with renal impairment that have a history of gout and the need for reducing the urate burden in these patients. The program will also highlight the prevalence of gout in patients with renal disease, and allow you to learn more about a treatment option for nephrologists for the management of uncontrolled gout in patients with chronic kidney disease.
This program is intended for physicians (all specialties and primary care). Complimentary to attendees but registration is required.
