Fred Brown Elected Chairman of the National Kidney Foundation
New York, NY (October 22, 2003) - The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) announced the election of Fred Brown of Flagstaff, Arizona to serve a two-year term as chairman of the foundation. He is the President/CEO of Northern Arizona Healthcare.
Brown is currently vice chairman of the board of commissioners of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. He served as the founding president and CEO of BJC Health System, a comprehensive healthcare network in St. Louis, which covers more than 200,000 patients. On a national level, Mr. Brown provides strategic council to several prominent organizations.
