Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • ½ tablespoon margarine or olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • cup dry couscous

  1. Saute chopped onion in the margarine or olive oil until tender.
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  3. Stir in couscous and onion.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes.
  5. Fluff lightly with fork before serving.
