Council Award Applications

The Spring Clinical Meetings Council Awards recognize advanced practitioners, dietitians, nurses, technicians, and social workers for their outstanding contributions to the nephrology field.

Awards for Advanced Practitioners

Tim Poole Memorial Award Tim Poole was a nephrology PA who was an outstanding clinician, teacher, researcher, community member and family man. The award is given annually to a CAP member who exemplifies his values and incorporates them into clinical practice and community service.
Nostradamus Award A 16th century pharmacist and seer, Nostradamus, has long been associated as someone who could see into the future. The Council of Advanced Practitioners (CAP) has established the Nostradamus Award to be given annually to an individual, group of individuals, or organization that, through forethought and vision, , recognizes, supports and promotes the contributions of Advanced Practitioners (APs) in nephrology.
