It is designed for nephrologists in the private sector and academia, fellows and residents with a special interest in kidney disease, general internists, pharmacists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses and technicians, social workers, renal and clinical dietitians, and transplant coordinators.

Statement from the National Kidney Foundation
The National Kidney Foundation understands and acknowledges the concerns some have raised about our annual Spring Clinical Meetings being held in Texas. We select the location of our Spring Clinical Meetings years in advance and based on a variety of factors, including costs, ease of access for travel and venue requirements. Moving the event is not a feasible option.
We view this year’s Spring Clinical Meetings as an opportunity to shine a brighter light on the issues of disparities and health equity. Kidney equity is at the core of our mission and the program of this year’s Spring Clinical Meetings reflects that. This year’s keynote speaker is a renowned advocate for undocumented patients with kidney failure. Additionally, there will be multiple sessions throughout the event that are specifically aimed at improving outcomes in every community.
Only by coming together will we solve our society’s most difficult challenges, including reducing pain and suffering from kidney disease.
