• Early Bird Rates: Available October 2025 – March 10, 2026
• General Rates: Available March 11, 2026 – June 21, 2026

SCM full In-Person registration provides access to all live content presented at SCM and access to SCM On-Demand. 

SCM On-Demand registration includes virtual access to recordings of all general sessions within 48 hours of the live presentation. SCM On-Demand content is typically available for approximately six weeks after the conference ends. In-Person event attendance, pre-conference courses, workshops, and networking events are not included in the SCM On-Demand registration option.

By registering for the full in-person event, you will gain access to watch the recorded sessions at your convenience through the SCM mobile app or online. Full in-person attendees will have access to all On-Demand content. One and two-day registrants will have access to On-Demand content corresponding to the days they attended. Please note, SCM is not a live streamed event and pre-conference courses and workshops are not included in SCM On-Demand.

On-Demand access is not automatically included with course-only, one-day, or two-day registrations. It is available as an optional add-on at the time of registration.

SCM In-Person Registration includes:

• 2 breakfasts
• 1 lunch
• 2 networking receptions

Attendees who register for a Lunch Workshop will receive a boxed lunch during the session. Those who purchase a Pre-Conference Course to attend on May 6, 2026, will be provided breakfast and/or lunch, depending on the timing of the course.

The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center partners with Sodexo Live to provide the essence of the New Orleans food experience, operating three on-site restaurants featuring live local music and menus of iconic Louisiana dishes by award-winning chef Donald Link, chef/owner of Herbsaint, Cochon, and Cochon Butcher. The Convention Center even offers a bar modeled after an iconic New Orleans streetcar, plus a variety of concession stands in the exhibit halls. Note: Hours May Vary. To learn more, click here.

Refund requests must be sent via email by April 20, 2026, and are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Requests received after April 20, 2026, will not be accepted.

You're welcome to register for SCM when you arrive onsite. Please note, workshops and pre-conference courses have limited availability and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you plan to register for any workshops or pre-conference courses, we recommend doing so as soon as possible to secure your spot.
