Daniel is an Expert PCT with over 5 years of experience navigating the dynamics in caring for hemodialysis patients. He demonstrates compassion and teamwork, provides consistent, quality service to all patients, and adheres to established work schedule, while being a steward of resources on multiple occasions. Daniel performs his standard PCT duties throughout the year and in addition to precepting new teammates, has taken on several other duties such as Inventory Technician, Vascular access Champion and has recently been collaborating with the Core Team on our Missed Treatment initiative, which has had a significant positive impact on center operations.
Daniel is presently pursuing his Nursing degree, which will allow him to continue realizing his dream to be a leader with a compelling vision for a healthier tomorrow and inspiration to fully commit to rising health challenges.
