Wake Up & Reset: Chair Yoga for a Productive Day

Start your day feeling your best at SCM! This 30-minute Chair Yoga session will be offered on both Friday and Saturday mornings, giving you two opportunities to stretch, reset, and recharge. Designed to counteract long hours of sitting, these sessions help clear your mind and boost energy so you’re ready to fully engage in the day ahead. No yoga experience or special equipment needed!

Chair Yoga will take place during the following times: 
Friday, May 8 | 7:30–8:00 AM CST
Saturday, May 9 | 7:30–8:00 AM CST
