Michelle L. Graham, MD, MME, FAAFP, channeled her early experiences with chronic illness into a life of service. She is the NKF of Wisconsin Board’s Governance Chair, and on their Health Advisory and Advancement Committees. She champions needs of patients, health professionals, and the kidney community. Michelle is President-Elect of the Wisconsin Medical Society’s Board and UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement Chief Medical Officer for the Pacific Northwest, WA, OR, HI, & AK. She was in Marquis Who’s Who in America for 2024, and a Wisconsin Titan 100.
