PA-C, MPAS, Nurse Practitioner
Kim Zuber, PA-C, MPAS, is a dedicated nurse practitioner and educator who was instrumental in the founding of NKF’s Council of Advanced Practitioners (CAP), serving as its first Chair, advocating for and expanding the role of APs in nephrology. Kim was the Tim Poole Award winner in 2014 and has authored or co-authored dozens of articles for professional journals. She focuses on educational and professional development for nurse practitioners and physician assistants, while also advocating for public policy on behalf of people with kidney disease.
