Anne Motsenbocker is a seasoned board member with over 35 years of experience at the largest financial institution in the country, J.P. Morgan Chase. She has held numerous positions at the bank in commercial banking and wealth management and is a trusted advisor and transformational leader known for her strategic thinking skills and expertise in board governance and compensation. During her time at J.P. Morgan Chase, she led a $500 million enterprise that served hundreds of owners and CEOs of middle market and multinational corporations advising on capital and operational strategies that unlocked growth and value for her clients.

 

Currently, she serves as an independent director for U.S. Physical Therapy (NYSE: USPH), one of the largest providers of outpatient physical therapy clinics in the United States. Motsenbocker is also an independent director at CSW Industrials (NASDAQ: CSW), a diversified industrial growth company with industry-leading operations in three segments: Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions, and Specialized Reliability Solutions.

 

She serves as a longtime member of the Board of Children’s Health System of Texas, one of the nation’s largest pediatric healthcare systems. She also serves on the Board of the United Way Foundation of Metropolitan Dallas, NACD of North Texas, and as the Advisory Board Chair of The Dallas County Promise.
