Transplant Advisory Committee Member
Bennett Pickar, MBA, MHA serves as the Senior Director of Transplant Services at the University of Colorado Hospital, part of UCHealth. In his role, he oversees operations, quality, finance, and strategic planning for the solid organ transplant service line.
Bennett joined UCHealth in 2019 and has held progressive leadership roles across cardiovascular services, specialty clinics, and enterprise strategy, driving initiatives focused on growth, operational excellence, and patient access.
Prior to UCHealth, Bennett worked within the University of Oklahoma health system in audit, performance improvement, and strategic and financial planning roles. He holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
